68/365: The Birthday Girl
She's been waiting for today for months it seems. At her school's morning assembly, she stood in front of everyone while they sang Happy Birthday to her -- something she's been "practicing" for a while now! Her day included special cupcakes at school, too. So by the time she got home today, she didn't want me making a fuss or taking her picture.

Her expression says it all! She is such a lovely girl. Happy Birthday to her....and to you too Mom (actually, I think birthdays should be for the Mom's and not for the kids!)
I am a member of CM, but since I've been working on my 365, I haven't had as much time to read the CM boards. I need to get back to that though. I think it would be awesome if some of us 365'ers could somehow get together for a weekend somewhere. I'm game. Anyone else in for trying to put something together?
