Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving in October. So, on our Thanksgiving Day, it's a regular day like any other around here: school, speech appointments, errands, etc. Thank goodness we have friends who invite us over for Thanksgiving dinner. I must say, their turkey was delish!
I'm so overdone on turkey right now, but you made this look delicious. Glad you had some good friends to share the day with so you could feel a wee bit of home up there in the North lands!
I am actually really impressed with this shot of the turkey. I didn't take any pics on Thanksgiving because I so didn't feel inspired. Now you make me wish I had.
Welcome to my world! I'm a mother of two little ones and a wife to a wonderful guy. This blog is for capturing what I see every day through my lens. It's my 365 Project, where I commit to one picture a day.
In my camera bag: a Canon 7D, a 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.8 and an EF-S 15-85mm (my travel lens!).
