307/365: ...And so it happened.

I missed a day--and in the final stretches of this 365 project, too. I think I was too exhausted to come up with something--and I let sleep win. I'm okay with it. Before I even started this project, I gave myself permission to miss a day (or two). You have to! It's too much of a tall order otherwise. So I'm catching up with my posts (I was getting way behind!). I'm going to miss this project when it ends. It's been wonderful to follow my fellow bloggers throughout the year--I feel like I really know several of you thanks to all the peeks into your daily lives. And, of course, I am so grateful I got to meet one of you in "real life"! I think I've already decided that next year, I'll take on a project 52--just a once a week post for me!

This is a photo from the other day. A random guy walking his dog. But I think he must be a fellow photo enthusiast because as he passed me by he said: "taking advantage of the golden hour, eh." So it's a perfect post for today! Here's to all my fellow bloggers--may your journey be golden, too!

This is a beautiful Autumn image. Wonderful colors.
I will miss this Project as well. I did mis way more than one day, but I met so many great people here. I am not sure if I would do a 365 again, but I will start a 52 project next year.

Wow! The colors are incredible. I still have not made up my mind what I am going to do next year. It may just be a random post here and there. Not sure. Don't think I am up for another 365.

Aw! i love this post! the colors are just gorgeous!! and i'm telling you, these final weeks have been so tough for me as well to keep up with the blog... i so want to continue doing a 365 for next year, but just the thought of it is so daunting.

This is really beautiful. You have proven this year, that you can capture just about anything, and do a fabulous job of it. I think I will lcontinue with the 365because I need to practice, and learn new things. you are right about the time it takes though and it does stress me when I cannot get a photo...but
I decided last year, that at this time of life and my circumstances, if I miss a day or a week, it will still be OK.
