117/365: Where the Wild Things...Grow

We went for a late afternoon family walk today. I caught the last few minutes of very lovely light. I can't say spring is in full bloom here but there's interesting life sprouting anyway (can you tell I have no idea what any of these are called?!).

Are those holly berries? Or what about Pyracantha? (sp) What ever thay are, they make a beautiful photo.

Amy--I used the Canon EF-S 15-85 IS 3.5-5.6. All three photos were f/5.6 -- and still produced nice bokeh.
