After spending the afternoon listening to Neil van Niekerk talk about flash (Clickin Mom webinar), I had to ask my little assistant if she'd let me practice on her. She was so cooperative today!

I love your assistant and the b&w image. You are doing a good job using your flash. I wish I could use some flash help those days, we are under such poor light.
I think the Black and White is wonderful! I too watched the webinar... well tried to. hehe My little one kept me away a lot. But I plan on going back and watching it tomorrow. Great job too, this makes me excited to watch it!
I think it's fantastic, but you already know I love your B/W's. Ever give any thought to giving us a little insight into how you come up with such wonderful conversions since you don't use presets or actions? Please, please, pretty please?
