225/365: Niagara Falls from Goat Island

We met up with some relatives on the U.S. side of Niagara Falls for a quick visit. For the first time, we saw the Falls from Goat Island (we usually see them from a slightly different vantage point).

The top photo is the American Falls. The bottom one is Horseshoe Falls, aka the Canadian falls (as seen from Goat Island on the U.S. side). See the boat on the bottom right, that's the Maid of the Mist.

Lucky you. I've never been to the falls. I LOVE your second shot. It seriously could be a postcard!

It's on my bucket list to see Niagra Falls in person.

You hadn't gone in a while huh? And had you shot it for the challenge before, or first time? Can't remember... As always-- gorgeous!!
